MoboSat Ka is small and lightweight, weighing ~70lbs.  It can be mounted on your mobile unit or on a non-intrusive skid mount. Deployment is as simple as providing power and pressing the "Search" button!  Speeds up to 2000 Kbps down and 500 Kbps up.

Equipment

The system includes a .67m satellite dish, Surfbeam modem, outdoor tri-assembly unit with 3-Watt transmitter, an indoor controller unit to manage communications between the satellite modem and robotic dish, Broadband Router with firewall and wireless access point.  The .67m dish size provides excellent coverage for most areas of Canada.  Compatible with Windows, Mac, Linux and Unix.
